Cancellation Policy

Booking Guidelines • We require at least 24 hours’ advance booking for all our ceremonies, workshops, and yoga sessions. • For retreats, a minimum of 3 days’ advance booking is required through our website. • Please ensure you read all the necessary details before booking. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly via WhatsApp for a quick response. Payment Policy • To finalize your booking, we require full payment in advance. This policy is in place to ensure commitment from both parties, avoid last-minute cancellations, and allow us to prepare the necessary materials and arrangements for your session or retreat. Cancellation & Refund Policy • If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. • We do not offer refunds for cancellations except in the case of retreats and emergencies. • However, you may reschedule your appointment up to two times, depending on our availability.
